The overall site development was handled by MAKO Commercial with Z Energy station sub-contracted by Cassidy Construction. This projects helped anchor the original nine lot subdivision, providing excellent utility to the surrounding commercial and residential developments. The site benefits from the exposure to 35,000 cars per day making this 260m² service station one the most successful on the Northshore. Its build value was $3m and build duration was 6 months.
